Design note: The current Commission pages say meetings are held at the North Annex and “will move to the new Si View Administration Building … once the facility opens”, while the Contact page already says “We've moved!” and the ribbon-cutting was in August. One fact in three places drifts; in the CMS the meeting location is entered once and every page shows it.

Design note: Today agendas and minutes are two separate pages; here each meeting is one row, so the agenda and its minutes sit side by side. This table is built from the 180 agenda and minutes links on the current pages. All the agendas and minutes we sampled are untagged PDFs, and two of the three latest minutes are scanned images with no text. Our proposed approach: older records go into a clearly labelled archive, which the ADA Title II rule allows for content kept only for reference; new agendas and minutes are made accessible from a Word template we supply; and anyone can ask for an accessible copy of an archived record.
